TASK 4:
PREDEFINITION OF LOCAL ACTIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT TO IMPLEMENT THE CONSOLIDATED VISION
The work under TASKS 2 and 3 should lead to a shared vision of what is desirable and possible to achieve. The following step is to translate the vision into concrete actions to be carried out by local communities (involving under this definition both political bodies, decision-makers, public administrations, stakeholders, inhabitants…).

INSPIRING MATERIALS
4.1 - Definition of a participatory programme
The first subtask is the definition of a participatory implementation programme aimed at involving local players into the definition and implementation of the actions.
4.2 - Elaboration of evaluation indicators
Elaboration of a set of ex-ante and process evaluation indicators to assess the Plan implementation, engaging local actors both for their definition and their measurement, together with a monitoring procedure.
4.3 - Definition of an ongoing revision process
Define a revision process to update the action Plan and the implementation process, based on the results of the monitoring actions.
