The present guiding instrument, elaborated by REVES AISBL on the basis of the discussions carried out during the missions of the “GRAPE” project, aims at providing users with step-by-step support for the design of a participatory local action plan for green and digital transition.
The instrument provides a general and flexible framework that users can adapt accommodating local specificities.
It is composed by 4+1 main blocks, related to specific tasks and a series of subtasks to be accomplished and reported by the users.
The main point of view taken in the different Tasks is the one of a local public authority, being the political actor that will also implement the plan. However, the local social economy/civil society organisations and social partners should have a fundamental supporting role, as all planned initiatives foresee their involvement.
